Decoring Machine is used in Aluminium and CI Foundry to remove Core ( sand) from the casings. Its the most economical way to decore by hammering and vibrating the casitngs by mean of Pneumatic Hammers, Guns and vibraters.The decored sand is collected in the lower part of the machine in trolley.  We supply you a machine with low noise around 80 DB and low vibration.

We manufacturer high quality Leak Testing Machines ( LTM) to suit various leak testing applications in production testing, quality control and R & D applications. There are major three type  LTM 1. Wet type i.e. water deep type 2. Dry type and 3. Dry Cum wet. 

1.Wet type is Just seal all ports and pressurise the componet by Air as per required testing pressure and deep it in the water. Visually observe the leak.

2. Dry type is programme based Micro Controller Machine capable of easy and accurate volume leak testing down to 1 cc min and measuring test pressures over a range from vacuum to 200 bar using dry air as a source. It can test the products for leakage as per the latest standards by using leak detectors like Ateq, Cosmo, Chinchinati etc.

3. Dry Cum wet is combination of Dry and wet LTm process. Once your machine detected that componet is leak then it deeps in to the water to find out the exact location of leak. It helps to improve the manufacturing process and method.
